I’ve just received my bows, but I’ve ordered the wrong blue! I’ve ordered from you several times before, but for some reason I chose Royal instead of Navy – total oversight on my part!
Can I send them back to you for a direct exchange please? I’ve noticed you’re not local anymore, so can’t meet you in Beaconsfield!
Let me know if I should send to your West Sussex address?

That is fine. Please post them to me in West Sussex and I will send you out the Navy ones. Thank you for letting me know about the lack of a confirmation email. I will look into that. FYI I moved last summer, it is so nice to be by the sea but I miss all my friends in Buckinghamshire.
